Independent Contractor Info
After reading what is below if you are interested in
working with Cindy's Pet Services, send me the questionnaire
at the bottom of this page. Thank you, Cindy
I am currently looking for a part-time sitter that loves animals and wants to work with all types - Dogs, Cats, Birds, Fish, Small Rodents, etc.....
I am looking for someone that lives in the Five Points Area or nearby.
My client base is in that area, as well as the new North Hills Area, Boylan
Heights & Historic Oakwood so you need to live in that area so gas prices won't
kill you.
This is a Great Job for:
Homemakers or Stay at Home Moms
**ONLY IF you have child-care while you
pet sit, you CANNOT do a job
with your child my insurance doesn't cover that, only you!
Responsible, mature, animal loving students with flexible schedules
Even Retirees are welcome!!
Go Here to read what is involved with Pet Sitting!!
The hours for doing pet sitting visits are usually
7am-9am and 7pm-9:30pm.
About Vacation Pet Sitting
People go on vacation instead of boarding their dog(s), they leave them at
home
and I come in and take care of them. I don't leave a dog(s) for more than
12 hours without seeing it so for example if you see the dog(s) at 7AM you need
to be back by 7PM. Some clients do 3 visits a day for their dog(s)
while they are away, I visit those clients at 7:30AM, 2:30PM &
9:30PM for last potty, you can also do cat sitting stops during mid-day hours as well.
You CAN work full-time and do this job too, you
just have to do a early AM visit before work and be able to do a PM visit
at night, no more than 12hours later for the last potty break.
You can visit the dog(s) at 6:30AM for breakfast & a walk if need be, it
just means you need to see the dog(s) again by 6:30PM for supper and
another walk. Unless you have a flexible lunch schedule (able to
take lunch at 2pm) you would not be able to do a client that does 3 visits
a day if you work
full-time hours nor would you be able to do a Mid-Day Walk.
Mid-Day Dog Walking
If you are available I could get you regular mid-day clients that you see
everyday at either 12noon, 12:30pm, 1pm or 1:30pm for potty breaks for those
that work long hours if you are willing to commit to do that everyday Mon-Fri,
no excuses why you can't, as I have 4 mid-days that I do daily and I can't cover
yours if something happens. I work even if I am sick and schedule doctor
or social events around my pet sitting schedule. Mid-days are guaranteed income weekly.
Live-In / Overnight Pet Care
Some clients like you to spend the night in their home while they are away.
If you don't have pets of your own and are able to do this, please let me know.
This job would be 7-8PM thru 7-8AM the next AM. You will be there
for supper and breakfast, lots of walks, playtime, etc.....
I charge $65 a night for this service, if they need an mid-day visit that
is an additional $17 (normal rate) making it be a total of $82 a day.
Or some clients may have a puppy and need someone to live out of there home (not
leave) while they are gone, this could only be done if you have no other job.
For this I would charge $100 a night and you stay there, you could leave
for no more than an hour or 2 max at a time if you need to run an errand, but
mainly you stay at the clients home and give the pups 24/7 attention and love.
You could only do 1 pet sitting job while you were doing a live-in, you would
just leave in the AM & PM to do that visit and if you have mid-days you could
still do them as well.
I currently don't offer this service as I have my own
